Pre-paid Legal Site For Contracts?
Hi,
I really need to keep my upfront costs down to a minimum. I need contracts for doing subject to financing, as well as lease option purchases. Factoring in I need possible 10 or so contracts done, I can't afford paying an attorney $300 for each one. I have copies of contracts for subject to that I know are legal in Nevada (came with John Locke's book). I can also get those free ones available on the Internet. I was thinking about signing up with the pre-paid legal site. They offer to have like 3 contracts reviewed per month by a local attorney. Anyone have any experience with this???

I have a student in Chicago who attended one of my workshops, who is with Chicago Title. He reviewed my paperwork and said with a few changes he would issue a title policy without question.
Send me an email and I will hook you guys up, you can believe his paperwork is state specific.
