I am just starting out as a Bird Dog. Does anyone know of any sites for Pre- foreclosures? I have checked out RealtyTrac, not that much info. In need of help....

I thought that was one of the better free sites..
If you want timely accurate info, I have found you need a pay service or lots of time at the recorders office.
What is it you're looking for that you can't find on realtytrac? I love that site.
Don't get me wrong, I like the site. I was just wondering if there are any others that come to mind
Every County has an "official" newspaper, where all Lis Pendens are published. Sometimes it can also be found on their website.
I suggest contacting your County Clerk, and asking them where that information can be found.
