1. Be careful what you say. Make sure to have an attorney review your video and tell you what to edit out or put in.
2. Make the video look professional.
3. I might also say to make DVD's! They are cheaper than VHS and also easier to edit and put together. PM me if you'd like more info or help. I can print professional looking graphics on the DVD's and have access to cheap aspiring artists.
4. You could also copyright your video and sell it to other non-competing investors in different areas. Just an afterthought but this is a GREAT IDEA!
I think thats one he** of an idea. Go For it. I think you would probably do well with DVD's especially if you have a good burner and video cam w/great quality. Marlon Brando huh? LOL..how about Gilbert Godfreid...LOL
I would agree though not to get into many legalities. Just flash your web address to them or your 1-800 number so that they can act upon your presentation.
Your idea has merit. I don't know how much it would cost to produce. I don't know if this would get you the most "bang for the advertising buck".
I'm wondering how many of the foreclosures in UT. fit your marketing criteria-which I presume you have. I think it would be cost prohibitive to send a video to any and all defaultees who respond to your offer. I think that you need to think about target marketing.
Marlon Brando is definitely out. I have him under contract to star in , "The Orson Wells Story, his fatter years".
Good thought,
I woulden't want to get caught up in providing consumers legal advise without a LOT of due diligence.
Do It!
If you believe in it..this will be your competetive edge... Go for it... Good alternative concept....

Ryan1234,
I would look into getting Marlon Brando to star in the video, he could make these foreclosure people and offer they couldn't refuse.

Why not have your web site stream the video?
In your mailing say call for for tape / DVD or go to my web site and watch it NOW!
It should be cheaper to pay for bandwith than mailing tapes.
