Pre-foreclosure Notices
What is the best way to find homes in the st. Louis, Mo area going to foreclosure but not yet foreclosed on ? Is there a good internet resource for this?

Ask a Realtor in your neighborhood since they have access to the tax roll where delinquent mortgage and liens are recorded. He can print all properties with a "problem". Give him a tip. He'll appreciate it and will probably keep you updated.
Go to the courthouse of the county(s) you are interested in. Notices of Default will be publicly posted there somewhere. Write down the info and walk over to the tax assessors office and ask for the tax roll information on the property(s). This may cost you a few dollars.
