Pre-Foreclosure Listings

There are a million websites out there that claim to list thousands of pre-foreclosures ( not bank owned, not listed w/realtors). I would prefer to deal direct w/ distressed homeowners. www.foreclosureworld.net??? Anyone know of this company? Are they the real deal?

Most states have a data service. Check with your local real estate investment club for the one they recommend.

Some title companies will provide you with a Farm List of recent NOD's (notice of default). The lists are super cheap and you can get them as Excel spreadsheets by email.

Check with your local County Recorders Office, local real estate agents, bank REO departments, local trustee services, or even your local yellow pages under real estate data services, for the names of these type of local foreclosure data services. Virtually every area has a data service.

I get a list every month from my county court house. Cost me $1/page.

    Partner (and others),

Have you had any luck chasing NOD's?

Have you managed to buy anything that way?
