PRE-foreclosure List?

Who puts out the pre-foreclosure list?? Is it the bank? Or the county courthouse?

Private companies put out "the list". You can compile your own "list" if you choose to do so, however your time would probably be better spent doing other things considering the cost of a pre-foreclosure listing.

    Nice to meet you Robertsramp,

How is in DE? Is it snowing? ...herd was cold.

    Can you clarify your question?

Are you interested in getting NOD (notice of default) list so you can mail it out to your designated " foreclosure farmaland"?

If you want some better reponces you got to ask significantly beter formulated question, that would get you the phenomenal help.

Thanks for the replies...all of the private companies I have looked into offer Foreclosure lists. I guess I worded the question incorrectly...ooops. I am really looking for Notice of Default...thanks Omega1. Yeah Delaware is very cold right now...I'd much rather be in Marina Del Ray right now.

Soooo, I am really looking for Notice of Default lists. thanks

    hey rob,

yes you are looking for notice of default listings or what i'm familiar with down here in SC is aka lis pendens. your court house should be the one to have the compilation of people who are currently in default. the bank issues the paperwork to the court house and from there to the owners. go take a look at your county court house... here in south carolina, they are located at the assessors office, but from my understanding, it varies from state to state.

    hope this helps.
