I have been purchasing properties at tax and forclosure sales, not done much in the way of shorts or pre's. Was hoping someone could point me to a body of information on the subject, which program is best?
If you have bought properties at a Sheriff sale, it is just as easy to purchase preforeclosures. You will need to start a marketing campaign rather than just showing up at the court house, but there are a lot of dollars to be made.
Thanks for the good wishes, what I was looking for was a book, resource, or whatever that will give a step by step on how to market, track, find properties in this stage of the process. Cash is not a problem, finding the properties is.
If cash is not a problem, perhaps you should buy a seminar or home study course on preforeclosures / short sales by clicking on the SHOP tab on this web site.
If that doesn't interest you, buy one of Ron Legrand or Jeff Kallers preforeclosure courses.
Perhaps I am not making it clear, WHICH program/book/body of information is the best?
I don't need to waste time reading a course, I currently have 10 properties in different stages so I know real estate. I am just looking for the "Tip Book" of pre's.
I like the preforeclosures, Many times, people are desperate to get out of the house, and will settle for almost anything, especially if it is cash $$

Hmm,

Thanks!
Perhaps not! If reading a course is a waste of your time, perhaps you know too much already!
The three mentioned above all provide great "Tip Books"!
You decide!
