I have been in Las Vegas for about 40 years and have done quite a bit of investing in the area.

John: Sorry to sound so informal. What I wanted to know was if investors like yourself are still finding deals in Vegas? I currently have only one rental in Vegas, but my wife and I are looking to buy (or flip) 9 more. I thought pre-foreclosures or discount buying would be a good approach, but wasn't sure if it was working in Vegas. Any help would be appreciated.

There are more deals in Las Vegas, than investors can handle.
Well, let me rephase that, the investors that know what they are doing are doing very well, the wannabes are still trying to make it at the Black Jack tables in between trying to figure out how to buy and sell houses.
