Pre-Forclosures

I am looking into investing in pre-forclosures. I just wanted to get some input from others who have done this successfully. I understand it's hard trying to contact the owner as well as getting them to respond to your postcards/letters. Please let me know.

Any input will be helpfull!!!

Thanks!

    Hi bigalo,

It truely is a numbers game, and it depends on what methods you use to contact the owners in default. Do you knock? Call? Send Letters? Send Postcards? or all of the above?

Any of the combinations above will get you more results than simply using only one. Dont send just one letter or call just once, repetition is the key to good results!

    Best of Success,

    BAMZ

When initiating contact to a potential Seller, especially if you know that the mortgage is delinquent, in default, or in foreclosure... forget using the same, old, tired, boilerplate, self serving nonsense, "I'm an investor and only I can help you...."
