Pre Forclosure Help
I have never used the county court house as a means for leads because I did not know how to approach anyone regarding this. My hunger for better deals, though, is getting the best of me so I am getting up off my butt and heading down to the county clerks office Friday, in search of pre forclosures. Can someone guide me through the process of what to say or look for so I dont look www.dumb.I would appreciate any help if possible.
