Pre-construction Town Homes In Gated Community
I have the opportunity to invest in a 2-3 BR Town Home (pre-construction) for a 10K down payment with nothing due until completion. The problem is that is is not re-assignable and I was planning on flipping it. I was told that I could create an LLC and have that buy the home, then sell the LLC before completion. Is this usually allowable?
