Pre-construction Properties
I am new to the forum and to real estate investing. I am interested in learning more about buying properties in the pre-construction stage for resale or rent al. If you have experience in this area, please tell me some of the pros and cons, especially if it looks as if the entire project will take a couple of years to complete.

I would also like more info on this area.....I am about to purchase a condo that will be completed in aug. 2005, but the whole complex will be completed in 2006-2007. Will I have a hard time selling it when the rest of the complex is not completed?
