    Hi Jhansen,

The good news is that it really doest matter what your letters / postcards say, what is more important is that you send them to the same people on a regular basis. Most every investor, debt company, or bankruptcy attorneys only send 1 or 2 pieces of mail to them, and then they give up. I generally dont hear back from my prospect until the 4-6 mailing. The repretitions of your mailings will bring you home big paychecks!

If you are looking for a heading to use, this one has worked well for me.

    "HOW TO STOP FORECLOSURE
    AND HELP SAVE YOUR CREDIT
EVEN IF YOU HAVE NO MONEY!"

    or

    "AVOID FORECLOSURE
    I"LL TAKE OVER YOUR PAYMENTS
    OR PAY YOU CASH!"

    Best of Success!

Do you send 4-6 mailings when the foreclosure auction is within 2 to 3 weeks? Or, do you visit the homeowners after your 1st mailing due to the short time frame before the auction?

    Win:

Whenever you are facing prospects having SHORT-FUSES on their TIME-BOMBs

Thn DOOR-KNOCKING is the BEST APPROACH.

If No time to do so then MAIL THEM EVERY Other DAY (6-8 PostCards/Letters/)

    or

    EVERY DAY(8-14 Letters/PostCards).

    Hi Win,

I start marketing to foreclosures as soon as they are filed, and all the way up to the sale. In my state, the legal proceedings take between 7-9 months . . . so there is a lot of time to work a lot of deals!

In you are in a short-fuse state, Derricks advice about door knocking is right on the money!

    Best of Success!
