Pre Approval Letters For An Investor
I have 3 different properties i want to buy that are foreclosure.
Bank will preapprove me for the amount more than all 3 houses, but it will not give me independent separate smaller amount preapproval letters.
I will close them separately especially with the lender giving $0 Closing., But I wont get smaller preapproval letters.
And 3 separate letters needs 3 different credit checks.
Any suggestions

Try using a mortgage broker. A good broker should be able to get you the letters you need based on one credit pull.

Thanks for the info. I actually got in touch with an underwriter who is also a mortgage. he got us the letters , but the closing is substantially high at $3000 compared to $0.
An apartment full of people could get very sick if you do nothing. Potentially anyone who passes through the apartments. It would be hard for me to sit on this knowledge and do nothing. Any idea of what type of contamination?
The invesitigative reporter would be a good route if they are interested- you just provide the tip and they do all the work.

Copy the report, write an aninymous letter and send it and the report to several different reporters of TV and newspaper. Also send a copy to the Plannin and Zoning and the high muckety mucks of the city.
Make sure you wear gloves and do not lick the envelopes - lol
