Practice Deals

It might be nice to have an area for practicing deals. The area could have a mock property that users could analyze then either deal with someone posing as seller or enter info into a calculator or from. Scores could be kept to boost confidence and teach process.

This might be good. But it is better practicing in the Real World. Remember you can always backout of a purchase if you have the right clauses in your contract. You will also learn faster than by playing a game.

When soldiers go to war, they don't go to the battefield without a little shooting practice first. Getting the techniques and mechanics down might help investors when they are face to face so they will land a deal instead of loosing one. Just a thought.

If you feel you need practice, become a bird dog. That way you can learn how to do what your mentor investor is doing.
