Posting Topic/Reply
I always attempt to find an existing topic for my subject and just post a reply. However, I notice that some have not had post for a while, and it appears that most responses come from new posts. Can I post a topic with a name that already exists, or should I just post a new topic?
If you post to an old topic it will naturally be moved to the top of the list as the list is based on recent activity.
If the dialog in the topic shows that it has come to a conclusion you might find that some folks ignore the topic as they expect there is little new to be learned or shared. I try to read most new comments in topics I have an interest in so even old ones with new comments will normally get my attention.
