Posting Ads On Craigslist

Have you ever try using Craigslist for Advertising your REO Properties? Did you also suffer from being flagged, and some of your post were ghosted?

I always post on craigslist, but my problem is that other users are flagging my post.

What do you think i should do to avoid it?

    Craiglist allows only 3 posting.

    Try backpage, kijiji, adpost, etc

    Thanks

supposedly there is a way to fool the system by using different proxies and posting different information. I have seen several similar posts, which are obviously by the same person and which remain on craigslist.

I have seen people on GAF or getafreelancer that request posting to craigslist for something like $.30 cents a post. They make stipulations that the post must not get flagged and must not be ghosted fora period of 8 hours or something. There are also craigslist posting services that are not associated with GAF

Craigslist is one of the most important resource that will be beneficial for getting higher leads and no doubt , today maximum people are using this for all sort of deals.

That is a pretty slick idea: different emails for each day.

So I guess it is to reduce duplicate ads perhaps?

Are you the locksmith with the different emails. How is that working for you?

So if using different email addresses for the different days in Craigslist ads are effective, how do you track the calls associated along with it?

Or do you strictly use emails as the method of contact?
