Postcards
Has anyone ever used postcards to owners via Realty Trac? I doubt this would work and it seems somewhat impersonal to me as an approach to a person losing a house. What is the best way to approach someone going through foreclosure? Thanks for any and all suggestions.

My investor friend has 3 different letters that he sends out to the same foreclosurer.
1: WIll buy your house in 1 week
2: Lease option letter
3: Lease option letter with the option to lease option back.
He said that then when the people call, he knows exactly what route the person is interested in accomplishing.
Keep trying different approaches. It is a bit of trial and error.

I was wondering if Realty Trac is a good investment. Yes, it is only 24 bucks a month but is the data reliable? Is it timely? For someone like me with kids who has a hard time getting to the courthouse it seems a good option but no experience with it so far. Any opinions appreciated.
