post cards or flyers
I understand that sending out post cards to homeowners is helpful in getting leads, but has anybody had good experiences in sending out flyers.
I would send out flyers to homeowners that I feel are in need of an investors services. I don't know if mass mailings are the answer in the beginning. But definately send them out to bankrupcy lawyers, process servers, divorce lawyers, and the like. With the flyers, send out 5 business cards for them to distribute.

That seems like a cool idea - for the lawyers and such... but my thoughts on the homeowners is that they might like a more personal touch. I may be more thinking of preforeclosures and the like... fsbos may be fine with a flyer... but I think that its a great idea otherwise. I cant say much else - cause i have never tried it!
Try piggybacking with a Co. that currently delivers flyers and have them add yours to specific areas that you want to target.
