Post Ad Seeking Lease Option/owner Financing
I am anxious to do a lease option or obtain owner financing and I wanted to post an ad in the local paper. I am in a state where the market is hot and most owners do not have to consider this or have never heard of lease option or holding a note. Does anyone have any suggestions on a really simple way to word an advertisement for this?
