Possible Modular Home Park in South Carolina- Looking for Investor/Partner
I am looking for a partner/investor to make a joint land purchase in South Carolina. This land is currently farm/agricultural property. Out of the total package, there will be 300 acres available at $1850.00 per acre ($555,000). Land is mostly pasture land with some timber. Possible uses are subdivision, industrial, farm,or modular home park (no singlewides). Currently researching zoning, boundaries, water & sewer, and topography.
