Possible Investor
Hi All
I was at my dentist office getting a root canal (ouch!!!), :-o and we talked about real estate. He says he don't have alot of time to get into real estate but would like for me to look for him. He would like me to find and manage the properties. Problem is although I only have one investment property, I'm still new at this game. He's looking for 12-30 unit buildings. If I find these properties for him, should I charge him a fee, if so how much? And should I have a professional manageing group manage the prpperties.

The same thing happened to me
a couple of weeks ago at my Physician's office. Strangely enough with the same type suggestion. He even suggested a sort of partnership. I was just pondering over the offer to make sure he really meant what he said.
I will be watching this thread very eagerly for some ideas and possible implementation.
