Please Help Save This Assignment Deal !

I have a buyer for my contract. They want the house for my price, but the assignment fee is too much for them to foot out of pocket (along with their downpayment).

Has anyone else run into this? How do you fix it?

    Nuetrio,

    Add the Total of the three (Purchase Price, amount of closing cost & the Assignment Fee) together and include this in the purchase price of the house. I do this all the time for my clients, but the property has to Appraise.
    OR
    You could always pay the Assignment fee
    or You could pay their Closing Costs.
