Planning To Buy Small Mobile Home Park In Northern CA

Looking to buy small mobile home parks in Northern California. I have specialized in park re-sell of mobile homes for 14 years. I am a real estate broker. Now want to start buying the "whole park", instead of just listing and selling seller's mobile homes. I appreciate all the advice on buying mobile home parks. Of course, will be checking with a few park lenders I discovered on the net. Any leads on small parks available? [ Edited by cheryllopez on Date 01/20/2004 ]

    Hi ... Thanks for responding.

YES ... all areas of Northern California will be acceptable:

Alpine, Amador, Butte, Calaveras, Colusa, Del Norte, El Dorado, Glenn, Humboldt, Lake, Lassen, Mendocino, Modoc, Napa, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Solano, Sonoma, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity Tuolumne, Yolo, Yuba

Gee ... hope I did not leave any county out. I plan to cover a wide area in my listing and selling and buying mobile home parks.

My the way ... I am a real estate broker so I could pay a referral fee for mobile home park listings or on the parks that I buy. Just let me know how you want to work this out.

Thank you everyone for all this great help.
