Placing Property Into Trust
Hello all,
I currently own a few properties in my personal name and am thinking of placing them into a trust. Here is the question:
Can I have my LLC be the beneficiary allowing me to elude personal liability in the case of any suits even if the property was purchased and financed in my personal name?
