Phone Call Checklist
I have recently placed an ad in a local paper and have been receiving calls. Does anyone have a checklist that they go through with each caller? I kind of jump around between the house details and trying to pull out why they are calling.
Do you typically ask what they want for the property on the phone? How do you set an expectation lower for those that are looking to get FMV?
Any info and/or sample scripts or checklist would be greatly appreciated.
