Philly, Jersey, Nyc Sellers!
i'm looking for investment properties in these areas. oviously, i'd prefer to take over a distressed owner's mortgage but i'm open to about any deals that can bring dinero. any homes at least structurally sound could be a potential deal. up to $60K would be great, s/f, row, multi, twin ..
please respond asap, i want to get moving before somethin big happens and i have to delay my search any longer.

yeah i will contact some bird dogs to see. thanks for the reply.
i did look in tci realty too, and they don't have anything much in these areas for these prices. most jersey stuff is in the $300K range. some of the philly stuff is ok there, but if someone had something that they didn't post yet, i'd like to get first shot at it.
