Personal Property Bill Of Sale On The HUD

I am curious how other handle any disclosure of of the sale of any personal property in order to get the seller some money. Do you put this on the HUD, I like it is line 402. Especially if it is a large amount such as 10k or greater. I am just looking to protect myself as best possible, while still getting the offer approved. I work the SS as a listing agent, while another enity makes the offer.

Thanks in advance for any advice

You can put your offer in when you put in the SS package. The BPO will be ordered after the offer has been submitted. The bank/appraiser will contact either you or the homeowner to when they plan on doing the BPO.
Something I forgot to mention, a HUD 1 Settlement statement the bank will ask for. If you can have that ready and submit that with your offer it could make the process move a bit quicker.

    Thanks for the reply.

I spoke with the agent that did the BPO and he said he had returned it to the lender.

I spoke with my realtor and we are going to start hammering the lender for answers tomorrow. I would rather not have a Foreclosure on my record if possible.

    Thanks Again,Scott
