Pennsylvania Eviction INFO Needed
I rencently rented to a lady tennant and accepted a pet in the aggreement. The tennant was to pay a $600 deposit $400 for the unit and $200 for the pet. She asked if I could split up the deposit in the first month, so being a push over I did. Well she was late with the first payment of the deposit. She failed to put utilities in her name for almost half a month . It was not until I told her about it that she finally transfered the utilities into her name. Also I had to let a plumber into her basement the other day, of which I gave her notice about, and I found dog crap and urine all over the basement floor. She signed a pet agreement which addresses this problem. I have given her notice to remedy the situation and that I need the deposit in 5 days instead of the plit up in the month as before. If she does not pay the deposit and does not comply can I evict her? How long do I have to wait till she complies? Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated
