I need advice on paying off accounts that are in collection/charged off and how to get the negative information replaced with positive information? :-?
usually it takes 2 years for negative remarks on your credit to be removed. However depending on what you need these things removed for you might be able to contact your creditors and get something stating these collections were paid and then contact the credit agencies all 3 agencies and ask them to remove the negative remarks. Sometimes this works. Maybe this will be one of them. Good luck.
