...Passing Flyers Out At Stoplights In Cincinnati?

Anyone know the requirements that would allow me to legally pass out my "We buy houses" flyers at stoplights and such? Do I need a permit or something, or where do I go in order find out what I need to do this without getting arrested at the corner. smile

Thanx-

When is the last time someone approached you when you were at a stoplight and you thought to yourself, "awesome, I can't wait to see what this guy has to offer!"

I don't know what the legal aspects of it are, but I think it's a bad idea. It doesn't address your target audience in any way, the equivelant of mailing to any and everyone with no regard to if they even own a property or if they do if there is any reason whatsoever to suspect that they might be motivated to sell.

The vast majority of people would find it annoying. You would definately be a topic of conversation, who could resist talking about "that nut at the stoplight"

yeah, this is not a good marketing idea. Unless you like to be consistently ignored or abused, you are wasting your time.

Live here. Wouldn't do it, like they said you would be portraying the wrong image. Could be considered soliticing or a host of other things. I applaud your ambition, but there are other things you can do to gain the same affect.

    Joe,

Great determination and creativity! Keep on looking for those creative ideas. Edison took tried 10,000 ideas before he stumbled on how to make the light bulb work.
