Partnership Investing
I now live in a very expensive market (key west), so I am investigating Partnerhsip Investment... anyone have any advice on how creating sales/marketing plans for potential partners? Any examples would be greatly appreciated.

you can place an add in the newspaper with the details to attract investors. place your add in the realestate and/or the finance section. some local trade papers are free or cheap try them to. if the deal is good enough they will come. ggod luck kenmax

BEWARE:
I have greated many partnerships and it is not too difficult.
Advertising for parnters is a very delicate subject because there are federal and state laws that regulate securities and in most cases, depending on how you put your partnership together, advertising securities is illegal.
Hire an attorney that specializes in securities - do not scrimp on this or you might find yourself staring at a multi-thousand dollar fine (or jail time) for securities violations.

i quess it depends on the state. in tn. you can buy property with a partner. you are then "tentants in common" and if there are 2 you both would then have ownership of the property. this i have done in tn.and i only deal in tn. but in any deal that you are unsure of by all means have an attn. i always have an attn. close i would do it no other way. better safe than www.sorry.ggod luck. kenmax
