Partnership Agreements For Cash Partner
Have two investors (with no experience) with cash who are looking to do some "private lending" as they put it. Can anyone give me some ideas for partnership structure, percentages - in other words, how to create a win win for all involved. I would be doing 100% of the work and securing the financing, they would not be sharing that risk, just their investment. Please advise!
