My credit is a bit tattered, but I've found a partner willing to invest with me. She has a score of 768 and we're constantly seeking the best rates. We don't plan on putting any money down because her score is so high. Just an idea if you score is holding you back like mine used to.
Just have a plan and a direction to show people.
