Partner Or Assign This In Georgia.
I have a deal in Macon,Georgia that I would like to find a partner on or I will just assign this. Its a victorian house that needs 17k rehab. Owner owes 105k. She has an appraisal for 179k after rehab. She is willing to give it to me subj 2 if I make up the back payments (3) by the end of the week. Other option is a closing attorney would have to call her financer by the end of the week with a closing date. I don't have the money to do this one as I am working on two other properties for her and I don't know if I can obtain that money by the end of the week. Any help??

How do we know the $17k figure is going to be an accurate figure for making the property marketable?

Murphy, I don't know exactly what I would assign this one for probably around 5-7k being that everything is all done..investor would just have to walk in and take over. Its looking like I am going to have a partner or be able to do it on my own though
