Partner Financing, But Want My Name On Property!
Ok, due to circumstances my credit is shot for now (working on it , but I estimate it won't be 18 mths or more to get right). So, if I were to use someon else to do the deal under, how do I get my name on there after the financing is finished? Something to do with Quick Claim Deed?
