What About Houston, Tx?
I am selling some of my SFRs in Phoenix, AZ. I got enough equity in them, about $60K in the first one to be sold, to buy some income property. I am thinking 4xplexes, but afraid to do it in Phoenix, thinking it’s too late. Anyone can tell me about Houston, TX prospects? Numbers there make sense. Thanks.

I AM A HOUSTON INVESTOR WHAT TYPE OF PROPERTY ARE YOU INTERESTED IN AND THE AMOUNT OF EQUITY
I was looking at some 4plexes for around $180K-200K and also, some of the condos 30K-40K looked really good on paper. I found some in Leawood condo complex and also in Candlewood Trails on DeSoto. What do you think about the area? Can it be rented out easily?

I WORKED ON A DEAL ON 12 CONDOS
IN THE DESOTO AREA. COULD NOT GET THE DEAL DONE BECAUSE OF THE OCCUPANCY RATE. HIGH CRIME AREA BUT TRYING TO REBUILD AREA 2002. THE BEST AREA FOR RENTAL PROPERTY SUGARLAND, ALIEF, SOME PARTS OF MISSOURI CITY.
