I am interested in notes. I was wondering if there is any reason why I couldn't find a home where a seller is willing to participate and the value is in the home, have a note constructed and the seller have you buy the note. I would be the one paying on the note until I sold the property.
I was wondering if you, or your company, might be able to help me. I own a rental property (house), a realitor has told me that it should appraise for between $125,000 and $130,000, the current balance on my mortgage is $89,198, and my renters are paying me a rent of $1000 a month (they moved into the house in November and have a 1 year lease). I would like to pull the equity out of this property to do improvements on the property (new roof and repair the 3 decks) and to also payoff some of my credit card debt. Can you assist me in any fashion?
