Can anyone give me an honest opinion on selling notes and what they think about Russ Dalbey. Is it really as easy as he makes it look I mean how does one find these notes are they listed in local courthouses or do people actually advertise they want out of their mortgage. Sorry to sound so green but I have been curious for a long time and I have been trying to find a way to help me and my family bounce back financially after Katrina and this seemed like a good way to do it if it really works.
