Researching Courthouse Records
My question is when at the courthouse and looking for note holders are you looking under REC or Deed of Trust? I've also heard that I should start at looking at notes that are at least 4yrs. or older. The lady that was in the county clerks office wasn't very helpful at all. She had problems grasping the concept of seller financing.And after do find the list of names which ones do you focus on? Anyone who could be of help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :-o
