Hi guys, I have a house I remodeled and rented, tennant had the place in ruins in 33 weeks so I evicted and decided to sell, so I listed house, Now there is a new college campus coming in and a new light rail system, house is a walk to downtown Phoenix, I want to rent again, Is there a way to do a cash out after it was on MLS. Most lenders will not do it. But it is possible to find lenders who will do it. Just be sure and mention it to your money person.
