Hi

I want to sell a gulf-access lot in FL which I purchased free and clear last year.

Market here has fallen and realtor suggests offering owner financing might help sell

I want cash not income just now

I know nothing about notes, but have heard that if they are carefully structured they can be sold to investors with simultaneous closing

If this is true then what makes a note easy to sell and how do you sell them?
