Note Holders
I am new to this I am looking for note holders to sell to buyers, can anyone help me find note holders forreal. I am in the army so I do it part time but I just cant seem to find any noteholders. Is there any out there or am i wasting my time. Any help would be thankful a web site I can go to the process of getting list anythang Thank you

Hi there, start in the county where you live, go to public records on the county website and look up the Trust Deeds/Mortgage/Land Contract. This could be time consuming. Print business cards and get them out to realtors, attorneys, friends, etc.... List Brokers also have these list for sale.

I waiting for a class action expert to come along and sue... Which hould it cost $5 for a doc copy and like $9 for a court stampted one.
and it would only cost the county ~500-800 for the access device.
Cisco, netgear, etc, might even donate it.

Could you please let me know what is the "sweet spot" range as well as any other additional requirements of your note buyers? I have access to sellers of notes to the tune of several thousand to multiple millions of dollars. Perhaps we can make a connection between the compatible parties. Please advise. Thanks!
