I am looking for a lender that would offer
stated income Lines of credit.

    Have you tried the lender section of this website?

    I have not heard of such a type of loan, but ....

    Yes Chase has one but their Debt to Income ratio is 30%.

    There are a lot of lenders who offer stated equity line, but most cases, you have to be 680-720 credit score. You should check with Chase and National City. Call you broker.
