Need document for closing for note that will be satisfied at a certain price
I am buying a house with a second on it, the holder will discount the note but I dont know what to have him to sign and give to the closing agent....Please help.
Give him a check and release of lien form. If you think he may get greedy and increase the payoff just write up a paragraph describing the property etc. and the agreement you reached. Does not need to be noticed or notorized. Hope this helps
