Looking For Sub-Prime Mortgage Banks That Lend In NY & NJ With NO Seasoning On Title Requirements
Can anyone recommend mortgage banks that have sub-prime programs (No Documentation, Stated Income/Stated Asset, etc.) that don't have seasoning on title requirements and lend in NY & NJ?

In order to best direct you, I need to know if you are asking about Sub-Prime because of credit issues or simply for the documentation level. Alot of of conforming products have no doc, no ratio and as a general rule most all conforming products have no seasoning of value issues... if you are truly looking for sub prime... have your broker send you to either IndyMac or Aames. Both are national companies and will lend in your area.
