Looking For Help
Found a FSBO in a great area in Arizona, Seller wants 445K for his home of 3600 sq.ft. W/pool and big backyard. Now, I ask what would be the lowest he would accept on all cash and close quickly, He respond I have an open house in May and then we can talk. What type of contracts should I offer this man for it to be a win/win? I have 10k available my FICO is bad. Any suggestions?
you should ask him can you carry the other part of the fiancing with a realestate note and you would not have to worry as much about your credit score because it is seller fiancing i hope this helps a little
