In Urgent Need Of 20K From Private Individual...
I am in the process of getting a divorce and need to obtain 20 K for operational funds for my horse facility. I have damaged credit so i would be interested in borrowing from a private individual. I would like to pay between $ 150-250 a month, short term loan until i can secure my private investor for the whole place. I need to find someone who can understand that sometimes we just need some help....i am honest and hard working. I hope someone can help. Thank you for your time.
I cannot do it, but you will need something to secure the loan with for anyone to lend you money. If you have a facility then you should have 20K worth of assets that you can put up for collateral. You need to make it worth the lenders time if he/she needs to foreclose on the collateral. Also figure what a higher interest loan would be and ask for interest only payments. You will also need to post what state and city you are in there may be deals available where you could make that much in one deal.

One more thing, If you still own the house and the facility you could get an equity line of credit from your bank for whatever you have paid on the property, or just a second loan. You can check my profile for my email address if you need anymore help.
