In need of Private Lenders, With no buyer seasoning
Hi, Nice to meet you. I am new to this community here online, I've aquired RE knowlegdeDiscount note's and just discovered the other day why I would Want to buy a non performing 1st mortgage which depends on the note owners situation.
I'm in need of a private lender or someone who can direct me toward them. Who has no buyer seasoning to do doulble escrows.
