Help! Condo Or Single Family Home?
Greetings All,
I am almost ready to make my first investment purchase. 3/2 single family houses are up in the $300k prices in California. I am worried that I might jump into something that is to much for me at first. I want to make sure I succeed on my first purchase. Nice Condo's in the Corona area are around $200K to $270K. For those of you not in California, Corona is a rapidly growing city and I think renting the Condo out will be pretty easy. I can get a pretty nice one for about $250K right now. Question, what are the advantages or disadvantages of Condo's vs Single Family 3/2 homes?
